This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, undertakings or agreements (whether oral or written and whether expressed or implied) of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Acceptance of Terms
Age Requirement: 18+
By creating an account or using our service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you are not under the age of 18, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
NWLexTech provides an online platform where its users can interact with complex legal topics and take quizzes on various topics, where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify, or suspend some or any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts and Registration
You will be required to register for an account to access the core features. The core features, until further additions, include:
- Organised and categorised modules
- Organised and categorised subjects
- Resources pertaining to each of the above
- Quizzes and their answers belonging to each resource.
You agree to provide the information required in the registration and sign-in process. In the interest of receiving important communications and updates (not related to marketing), it is advised that you provide accurate, current and complete information, to the extent possible during the registration process.
You are solely and entirely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, infringes on any trademark or intellectual property, or is intended to impersonate another person.
Intellectual Property
You agree that the Service, including all content, information, data, software, code, trademarks, logos and all other materials provided or made available by NWLexTech (collectively, the “Proprietary Materials”), is the sole and exclusive property of NWLexTech and its licensors. The Proprietary materials include, but are not limited to:
- The website’s design, layout, the ‘look and feel’, and user interface.
- All text, graphics, images, audio, videos, and other content, where available.
- All resource materials, subject content, module content, titles, summaries and annotations.
- All quizzes, quiz questions and answer keys, explanations and methodologies.
- The underlying software, source code, object code, algorithms, databases and systems architecture.
- All trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein.
The Proprietary Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary right laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved and retained by NWLexTech.
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, NWLexTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services and the Proprietary Materials for your personal, non-commercial and internal use only. This license is granted solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Service as provided by NWLexTech.
Copyright Infringement Notice
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe, in good faith, that any materials on the Service infringe upon your copyright, you may send a notice as written communication including the following therein:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL to the specific quiz or page);
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or translate any Proprietary Materials.
- Distribute, publish, display, perform, or transmit any Proprietary Materials to any third party.
- Share your account or login credentials to facilitate access to the Service by any unauthorized user.
- "Scrape," "crawl," or use any automated means, software, or scripts to extract data, content, or code from the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Service.
- Use the Proprietary Materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, licensing, leasing, or using them in any training, tutoring, or commercial educational service.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the Service.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users where applicable.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

NWLexTech EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
QUIZ RESULTS ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR TRAINING (E.G., MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL). WHILE UTOMOST CARE HAS GONE INTO MAKING THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ACCURATE AND ERROR FREE, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY QUIZ RESULTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NWLEXTECH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NWLexTech and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service/s for conduct that violates this Agreement, or if your conduct constitutes behaviour that is contrary to prevalent laws, harmful to other users, or third parties. The nature and rationale of this decision will be provided to you within 24 hours of the decision being taken.
Should you choose no longer to utilise our services, or close your account, you may navigate to ‘Edit Profile’ and delete your account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for our data retention practices.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law principles and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms via email and on the Site. Should terms contained herein change, you will be able to access all previous versions as well as current versions both through a link to the Site sent via your email or directly through the Site.
You will have the option to accept or deny those changes. Should you accept, you may continue to access our Services. Should you deny, you may no longer access our Services.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected.
