This license is granted solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Service as provided by NWLexTech.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe, in good faith, that any materials on the Service infringe upon your copyright, you may send a notice as written communication including the following therein:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;

QUIZ RESULTS ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR TRAINING (E.G., MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL). WHILE UTOMOST CARE HAS GONE INTO MAKING THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ACCURATE AND ERROR FREE, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY QUIZ RESULTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NWLEXTECH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NWLexTech and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service/s for conduct that violates this Agreement, or if your conduct constitutes behaviour that is contrary to prevalent laws, harmful to other users, or third parties. The nature and rationale of this decision will be provided to you within 24 hours of the decision being taken.
Should you choose no longer to utilise our services, or close your account, you may navigate to ‘Edit Profile’ and delete your account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for our data retention practices.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law principles and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms via email and on the Site. Should terms contained herein change, you will be able to access all previous versions as well as current versions both through a link to the Site sent via your email or directly through the Site.
You will have the option to accept or deny those changes. Should you accept, you may continue to access our Services. Should you deny, you may no longer access our Services.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected.

Where you purchase NWLexTech Premium, certain billing information and transactional records may be retained for longer periods by our payment processor Lemon Squeezy in order to comply with applicable financial, tax, and legal obligations. In such cases, data will be retained only for as long as required by law, after which it will be securely deleted.
We have implemented and continue to update appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Your account password is securely hashed, and we rely on the robust security of our professional hosting provider (Render) to protect our infrastructure.
