NWLexTech was founded by Nirajan Wagle, a data protection and technology lawyer specialising in privacy, AI governance, and the evolving EU and UK digital regulatory landscape.
In addition to legal expertise, NWLexTech brings technical understanding to compliance projects. This enables us to advise not only on what the law requires, but also on how compliance measures can be effectively implemented within real products, systems, and business operations.
Nirajan holds an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh, an LL.B. from the University of Essex, and is CIPP/E certified, with professional experience advising organisations on privacy and technology law matters.
